How we use your information
Your information is used to administer class places and camps, to contact you about your child's sessions, and to meet our obligations as a British Gymnastics registered club.
Booking system
Class and camp bookings are handled through our online booking provider. Information you enter there is processed by that provider in line with their own privacy policy.
Keeping your information secure
We keep personal information secure and only share it where we are required to do so, for example with British Gymnastics for membership and insurance purposes.
Photographs
Photographs of gymnasts are only used with parental consent. If you would prefer your child not to appear in photographs, please let us know.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
